Braulio Godinez, coach of Costa Rica: “We improved from our previous match. Despite the anxiety at the the start they were able to focus and concentrate the attacks down the middle which worked out well. This experience has been good for them and it will reflect on the contributions that several of them will make to the senior selection.”

Nicholson Drakes, coach of Trinidad & Tobago: “I am a little disappointed with my team. I think they had many ups and downs and I expected a better showing but I am sure this experience will help in their development because many of the players have good projection for the national team. This was my first visit to Peru, a country with a lot of history and high level volleyball and I am grateful to Peruvian Federation for a very good organization.”
