Level I Coaches Course concludes in Monterrey

MONTERREY, Mexico, November 30, 2016 – The Volleyball Level I Coaches Course held in Monterrey concluded on Sunday with the presentation of certificates to the 34 participants from the different regions of Mexico.

The closing ceremony was attended by Jesus Perales, president of the Mexican Volleyball Federation, Jorge Azair, coach of the men’s national team, Cesar Salinas, president of the Nuevo Leon Volleyball Association, and Juan Cartagena, instructor of the course.

Azair encouraged the coaches to continue progressing to guarantee the growth of volleyball in Mexico and to take advantage of the opportunity of all the courses held in Mexico.

Cartagena said to be pleased with the interest shown by the participants and the willingness to continue developing volleyball in their respective states.

Perales thanked NORCECA Confederation and its president Cristobal Marte Hoffiz for the support given to the Mexican Federation as well to the Development Center of Tijuana and Dominican Republic for the assistance provided to host the different courses in Mexico.

Jose Ramon Mosqueda Dueñas, Luis Alberto Leon Lopez and Jose Luis Cepeda Valero obtained the highest grades in the course.
