NORCECA contributes with Molten balls for National Games

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, December 5, 2018 - The President of the North-Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA), Mr. Cristobal Marte Hoffiz, recently handed over 1,200 Molten volleyball balls that will be used for the XIV Games National Sports, both in indoor and beach volleyball and also for the promotion of that sport in the country.

Marte Hoffiz indicated that with this item, it is the third one that is delivered to Danilo Diaz, whose total value is $3.5 million pesos, with a fourth and final delivery still pending, which will arrive in the first quarter of 2019.

"We are very happy because we know that the balls are going to the hands of the different provinces of the country where volleyball is played," said the vice president of FEDOVOLI, in charge of the National Women's Team Project. He said that now in this donation were included nets of game, as well as the antennas.

The delivery was received by the Minister of Sports, Danilo Diaz, who valued the contribution of NORCECA in its just dimension.

"This third installment comes at a right time, as they will be used in the matches that will take place in the XIV National Sports Games that will begin on Thursday in Salcedo," said the head of Sports.
