RIMINI, Italy, June 22, 2021 – USA and Canada
scored straight-sets victories in the second day
of the final week at the FIVB Men’s Volleyball
Nations League on Tuesday.
The United States beat Bulgaria 3-0 (25-19,
26-24, 25-9) following the 3-0 (25-17, 25-8,
25-20) victory of Canada over Australia.
Garrett Muagututia was the best American scorer
with 13 points, followed by Jeffrey Jendrik II
and Thomas Jaeschke who had 10 points apiece.
Ryan Joseph Sclater was the main scorer for
Canada with 16 points. Timothy Maar also had
double figures for the winners with 13 tallies. |
