women's beach volleyball quarterfinals began to take shape on Sunday
as the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Nicaragua
remained unbeaten through two days of competition at the 25th
Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.In Pool A,
Crismil Paniagua and Julibeth Payano of the Dominican Republic
cruised past Belize's Nelissa Ramírez and Clara Sabal 2-0 (21-11,
21-11)

Five Teams Remain Unbeaten in Men's
Beach Volleyball at Santo Domingo 2026
SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July 26, 2026. – Venezuela,
the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Nicaragua, and El Salvador
remained unbeaten after the second day of men's beach volleyball
competition at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and
Caribbean Games, each earning their second consecutive victory
to strengthen their positions atop their respective pools.
In Pool A, Hayerling De Jesús and Oscar Martínez of the
Dominican Republic kept their perfect record with a 2-0 (21-14,
21-11) .

Puerto Rico Women Open Beach Volleyball Title Defense with Victory
at Santo Domingo 2026
SANTO
DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July 25, 2026. – Puerto Rico opened the
defense of its women's beach volleyball title with a straight-set
victory as the tournament at the 2026 Central American and Caribbean
Games Santo Domingo got underway on Saturday with eight straight-set
wins in pool play. In Pool B, defending champions María González and
Allanis Navas of Puerto Rico defeated Martinique's Karine Francois
and Carole Herve 2-0 (21-6, 21-6) to begin their campaign. Costa
Rica's Marcela Araya and Eugenia Ramírez also prevailed in straight
sets, defeating St. Kitts and Nevis' Shajonee Gumbs and Jontelle
Hensley 2-0 (21-8, 21-4).

Men's Beach Volleyball Gets Underway at Santo Domingo 2026
SANTO
DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July 25, 2026. – The men's beach
volleyball tournament at the 2026 Central American and Caribbean
Games Santo Domingo got underway with six straight-set victories
across the opening day of pool play. In Pool A, Venezuela's Esyenser
Delgado and Oscar Kirchner opened with a convincing 2-0 (21-10,
21-8) victory over Grenada's Darron Oxford and Jonell Phillip.
Defending champions Mexico, with Carlos Ayala and Antonio Lares,
began their title defense with a 2-0 (21-12, 21-12) win over Jesario
Ebanks and Dylan Lynee of the Cayman Islands in Pool B. Costa Rica's
Julián Araya and Stanley Grant also earned a straight-set victory,
defeating Bermuda's Benjamín Barnett and Connor Somerville 2-0
(21-7, 21-10).

volleyball tournament at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and
Caribbean Games will begin this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. (local time)
with 19 pairs fighting for the gold medal. The gold medal winners
from the last edition of the Games, Puerto Ricans Allanis Navas and
María González, have their sights set on the top of the podium.

volleyball tournament at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and
Caribbean Games will begin this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. (local time)
with 19 pairs competing for the top spot on the podium. Mexico, gold
medalist in the last edition, is coming to defend its title, but
this time with a new pair: Carlos Ayala and Antonio Lares. The
Nicaraguans Jefferson Cascante and Rubén Mora, silver medalists in
San Salvador 2023.

Beach Volleyball Ready for Action at
the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games
SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July
20, 2026. – The region's top beach volleyball pairs are set to
battle for the 25th Central American and Caribbean Games glory when
the Santo Domingo 2026 tournament takes place from July 25 to 31 at
the Malecón Deportivo. The venue, with a seating capacity of 450
spectators, will host 104 matches over seven days of competition.
Preliminary-round action begins on July 25, while the tournament
concludes on July 31 with the men's and women's gold medal matches.
A total of 20 pairs per gender will compete in four pools of five.
