GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, March 19, 2010 –
The first leg of the 2010 NORCECA Circuit kicks
off on Friday with 22 matches in both genders at
Seven Miles Beach.
The action starts at 9:00 a.m. with Brooke
Langston and Heather Lowe of USA facing Cristin
Alexander and Tarasa Barnett of Cayman Islands-2
in the women’s tournament and Seth Burhanm and
Lucas Wisniakowski of USA-2 playing against
Fabien Whhitfield and Daneil Williams of
Trinidad & Tobago in the men’s.
Eleven teams will be taking part in the women’s
event and fourteen men teams will dispute the
gold medal and the top prize of the US$10,000
total purse.
The women’s pairs are: Vanessa Virgen-Martha

The Cayman Islands’ leg runs through March 19-21
and will be followed by the stages of El
Salvador (March 23-29), Boca Chica, Dominican
Republic (March 30-April 4) and Guatemala (April
6-12) completing tournaments valid to get points
in the qualifying process to the Central
American and Caribbean Games in Mayaguez, Puerto
Rico.
