the
victory
winning
the

set
tiebreaker

points.

In
the
tiebreaker
Cuba
was
leading14-12,
it
looked
like
the
Caribbean
team
was
very
close
to
the
victory.
But
Russia
saved
the
first
two
Cuban
match
points
and
had
afterwards
six
opportunities
to
win
the
match.
It
was
finally
Cuba
who
claimed
the
victory
on
the
sixth
occasion.
Yumilka
Ruiz
led
the
Cubans
with
24
points.
Zoila
Barros
added
15,

scored

and
Dulce

chipped
10.
USA
defeated
Poland

to
remain
