"A big investment was made to revamp the National Volleyball
Gym. The dressing rooms, the bathrooms, the roof, as well as the
painting were improved, which will allow us to host other events
in the future," said Felix Sabio, president of Honduras
Volleyball Federation.
"This is an event of great importance for Honduras’ volleyball,
since 1990 we did not have an event of that level. This commits
us to the NORCECA Confederation, with its president Cristobal
Marte, who has supported our country a lot so that we can do
this type of tournaments, which allows us to reach the level we
want", said Sabio.
