United States Advances to Fifth Consecutive Final Six Gold Medal Match

ZINACANTEPEC, Mexico, September 26, 2026.- Defending champion United States advanced to its fifth consecutive gold medal match at the NORCECA Women’s Final Six after defeating Cuba 3-1 (25-17, 22-25, 25-17, 25-21) in Saturday’s semifinals at the Unidad Deportiva Juan Fernández Albarrán. In six editions of the tournament, the United States has reached the gold medal match five consecutive times and has reached the podium in every edition. The Americans will seek their second straight title on Sunday against the winner of the semifinal between Mexico and Puerto Rico. More Español

United States First Team to Advance to Men’s U23 Pan American Cup Final

SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, September 26, 2026.- The United States became the first team to advance to the Men’s U23 Pan American Cup final after defeating Mexico 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-20). In just its second appearance in the tournament, the United States advanced to the gold medal match for the second consecutive time. Mexico started the match with plenty of power, while the United States gradually evened things out before taking the lead at 14 and building a comfortable advantage to close out the first set.
