Marte Hoffiz, in his first intervention said “we are not the same as we were four years ago, I am passionate of my work and we’ve made an enormous impact for the development in AFECAVOL, as well as CAZOVA and ECVA, which I could attest as I gathered information to prepare my report to you. The sacrifice and efforts of your Federations is highly recognized by my administration.”
