NORCECA announces the Official Rankings

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, January 30, 2020 – The complete rankings of NORCECA Confederation up to January 2020 have been published on the website available to all interested parties.

The rankings include the seniors and the U-23 categories in both genders as well as the U-21 and U-19 for the boys and the U-20 and the U-18 for the girls as well as a composite one.

The United States top the seniors in both genders as well as the U-18, while the Dominican Republic sits in first place in the U-23 and U-20.

In the male division, Cuba is at the top position in the U-23, U-21 and U-19 categories.

In the beach volleyball class, the United States are in the number one position followed by Canada and Cuba in the men’s segment while Canada and México are next to the leading USA in the women’s field.

The beach volleyball includes the points accumulated from 2015 to 2018 and are taken in consideration for the classification for the Central American and Caribbean and the Pan American Games as well as valuable points for the Olympics.
