USA will be represented in men’s final of Ocho Ríos

 

OCHO RIOS, Jamaica, November 16, 2019 - For the second straight leg of the tour, United States will be represented in the men’s final of the tenth and final stop of the 2019 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour.

 

This after USA-As Chaim Schalk and Jeremy Casebeer as well as USA-B’s Paul Lotman and Miles Partain won their quarterfinals to set up an all USA-semifinal.

 

The pair of Schalk and Casebeer, tournament winners in Hato Mayor earlier this month defeated Puerto Rico’s Joel Rodriguez and Juan Ribas in their quarterfinal 2-0 (21-15, 21-17), while Lotman and Partain overcame Trinidad and Tobago’s Daneil Williams and Joel Theodore 2-0 (21-18, 21-19).

 

The other semifinal will feature Canada-A’s Liam Kopp and Jake Mac Neil, the latter of whom was second in Hato Mayor with Simon Fecteau-Boutin against Nicaraguans Ruben Mora and Denis Lopez.

 

Canada-A beat Jamaica=A duo, Ryck Webb and Noley Ferguson 2-0 (21-14, 21-16), and Niacaragua battled past Andy Blanco and LLuis Garcia 2-1 (18-21, 13-21, 16-14).
