President of Norceca
Lic. Cristobal Marte Hoffiz Is the President of NORCECA
Confederation since 2001. He was reelected in 2005 and 2014 at Elective
Congresses held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Under his dynamic
periods, the institution has taken major steps towards progress both in the
administrative operations and the organization of the competitions at all
different levels.
