36 Duos to Compete in the Second Stage of
the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour in Juan Dolio
SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, May 15, 2025.- A total of 36 duos
from 19 different countries will compete in the second stage of the
2025 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour, set to take place from May 16 to
18 on the beautiful beach of Juan Dolio in the Dominican Republic.
Undoubtedly, it will be an event full of talent, energy, and
excitement in a paradisiacal setting, featuring 19 men’s teams and
17 women’s teams that confirmed their participation during
Thursday’s preliminary meeting.
All teams will give their best in the preliminary round, which kicks
off Friday at 8:00 AM, as they aim to advance from the group stage
to the knockout round.
On the opening day, 36 group matches will be played, 21 in the men’s
division and 15 in the women’s. The preliminary round will conclude
on Saturday, along with the quarterfinal matches. Sunday promises to
be a spectacular day, featuring the semifinals, the consolation
matches, and the grand finale to crown the champions.
