Quotes
José Arellano, Honduras’s Captain: “We can see our mistakes and
not let the other team to take advantage, it affects us, give
them a big advantage. We must improve the attitude because we
have the technical part”.
Rony Martínez, Honduras Head Coach: “Today the wrong reception
combined with a bad night from our setter who was not at his
level. It’s his first NORCECA and he made many mistakes. The
setter insisted lot with one single player, he did not combine
with other players.”
Ammuniki Wood, Barbados’ Captain: “We had a good game, Honduras
was a strong team. We started fighting more and it was important
for us to react and win. The coach encouraged us a lot, but I
supported everyone to achieve better results.”
John Stuart, Barbados’ Coach: “I am happy but I think that we
can do better. The team fought all time, in the second set I
told them they had to fight, they needed to react and they did
it. Now for us is important to play better and battle.” |
