Samuel Valdez, El Salvador's Captain: "It is normal that we feel
disappointed after a defeat, but we must learn from mistakes. We
have to turn the page and come back on Thursday to face
Honduras. In the second set the serve was a major weapon but
then it was very easy for Barbados.”

Ricardo Rivera, El Salvador's Coach: "I do not understand what
happened. It was a total tactical disorder. They didn’t follow
the tactical plan after the second set, and the service failed.
Now we have to wait for a combination of results to know what is
going to happen in the group.”

Ammuniki Wood, Barbados's Captain: "We had a lot of nerves to
start the tournament. We missed a lot, but the courage of the
team pulled us through. After losing the second set, we needed
the points to fight in the group."

John Stuart, Barbados's Head Coach: "Before the start of the
tournament I was concerned, but I'm happy now. El Salvador also
played well. We had a slow start but at the end we came out with
                the win."   |
