Beach Volleyball Course successfully conclude in Santo
Domingo
SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, October 10, 2019 – The
International Beach Volleyball Coaches Course Level II
successfully concluded on Thursday at the NORCECA/FIVB
Regional Development Center in the Dominican Republic.
The certificates of the participants were presented by Ramón
Alexis García, president of the Dominican Volleyball
Federation accompanied by Amos Anglade director of beach
volleyball and Angel Rivas, president of the National
District Association and Mauro Hernández, director of the
course.
“It was a successful course with excellent participants
eager to learn everything about beach volleyball and the
best way to prepare the players both physically and
tactically,” said Nelson Ramírez, director of the center.
“I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with this
group of people”, said Hernandez.
Beach Volleyball is the fastest growing sport in the world
and NORCECA is no exception as this year a total of 10
tournaments are part of the NORCECA Circuit.
The participants of the course were from Argentina, Aruba,
Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala,
Haiti, Panama, Puerto Rico, Spain, Ukraine and Venezuela.
