QUOTES
Albert Humes, coach of Belize: “This game was very important for us
because we can still stay close to the podium. So, we talked to the guys
and told them we had to be fully focused. We’ve been in situations where
we won the first two sets and then failed, like against Guatemala, so
today we had to be more focused in the final set”.
Ernest Broaster, captain of Belize: “It feels good to win after losing
yesterday and the day before. We needed to win today. We needed to show
the guys that we can finish in three sets. We started slow, but we
picked up and closed the set, which is what we’ve needed for a long
time. Now, we just need to keep it up in the coming days”. |
