Marcos Kwiek, Dominican Republic coach: "It was a good game,
Colombia played very well and gave us some difficulties. That's a
good way to start the tournament, so we can keep working, see where
we were missing and try to improve, and know that a team of this
level or higher is what we're going to face."
Guilherme Schmitz, Colombian coach: “My opinion is that both teams
played very well, but we missed some opportunities that you can't
waste against teams like the Dominican Republic. That's why the
Dominican Republic gained more mental strength from the second half
onwards and was able to secure the victory.” |
