SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, March 28,
2022 - The NORCECA Coaches Commission held a
virtual meeting in which numerous topics
discussed related to the participation of
instructors in the different areas of the
continental confederation.
The meeting was presided over by both Cristobal
Marte Hoffiz, president of NORCECA and by
Francisco Cruz, president of the Commission.
One of the most discussed topics during the
three-hour meeting was the adaptation of the
systems to the conditions of each of the
national federations that receive the benefit of
itinerant instructors.
Likewise, the need for the National Federations
to apply to the different sources of assistance
such as Olympic and Pan American Solidarity in
addition to the existing ones of the FIVB and
NORCECA.
Veteran coach Justo Morales commented on the
progress made in Central America and the rivalry
between the countries.
Meanwhile, Cruz considered that it is necessary
to have national coaches working alongside
international instructors and thus benefit from
their legacy.
He also recommended to analyze the prevailing
conditions in each of the national federation
and start working from there. |
