Colombia gets a ticket to the quarterfinals by beating Mexico
CHICLAYO, Peru, July 10, 2019 - Colombia won a 3-0 (25-8, 25-11,
25-14) to Mexico, securing the ticket to the quarterfinals of
the XVIII Pan American Women's Major, staying in third place in
group B.
The Colombians left concentrated and put pressure on the
service, leaving no possibility of attack to their Mexican
rivals, which will remain in Chiclayo, playing to define the
posts from 7 to 10.
Melissa Ranger scored 17 points to lead Colombia, Amanda Coneo
was 16 and 10 from Ana Karina Olaya with 10. For Mexico, Yarenia
