SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, February 9, 2016 – Cuba will
host a NORCECA Coaches Instructors Symposium in 2017 aimed to
standardize the contents of the courses at the different levels.
Ariel Sainz, president of NORCECA Technical and Coaches
Commission, informed the news during the one-day meeting of the
commission held in Santo Domingo on Tuesday.
NORCECA will collaborate to the organization of the course
covering the air tickets to all the participants while the Cuban
National Federation and the Cuban Institute of Sports will
provide room and board.
Also, Julien Boucher presented a report on the 2016 FIVB
Technical and Coaches Commission while Sainz offered information
on the working plan for the 2016-2019 period which includes the
continuation of courses through the development centers.
NORCECA President Cristobal Marte Hoffiz made a report on the
2015 technical visits made by the different instructors working
directly with the national federations of the three different
zones within the confederation. |
