Dominican Bethania de la Cruz, among top scorers in second round

 

BARI, Italy, October 1, 2014.- Dominican player Bethania de la Cruz is among top scorers after the beginning of the second round of FIVB Women’s World Championship.

 

De la Cruz scored 30 points against Belgium on Wednesday as well as Belgian Lise Van Hecke, who registered the same quantity in that match. Van Hecke also scored 23 against Azerbaijan on September 27th.
