Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Canada and Cuba qualify for the Men´s Semifinals on the NORCECA Beach Tour

PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic, October 3, 2024.- The pairs of the Dominican Republic Hayerlin De Jesús/Rolvin Maldonado, Virgin Islands Garrett Bucklin/William Clements, Canada Tynan Gannett/Rouzbeh Rahnavard and the Cubans Damián Gómez/Eblis Veranes, advanced this Thursday to the Semifinals of the Fifth Stop of the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour 2024 that is being held on Los Corales beach in Punta Cana.

The duo De Jesús/Maldonado (DOM) defeated the Americans Lev Priima/David Wieczorek 2-0 (25-23, 21-17), the Bucklin/Clements (ISV) pair beat Martin Licht/Robert Kemp (CAN) 2-0 (24-22, 21-17), the Canadians Gannett/Rahnavard defeated Josue Meneses/Dany Lopez (NCA), while Gomez/Veranes (CUB) dispatched Jesario Ebanks/Stephen Watson (CAY) 2-0 (21-14, 21-14).

The position matches will be played this Friday morning followed by the Semifinals and in the afternoon the bronze medal match and the Grand Final.
