SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, April 2, 2015 – NORCECA
Confederation sadly announce the decease of Mr. Joseph D.
Quinlan, father of NORCECA Vice President, ECVA President and
the St. Kitts and Nevis National Federation President, Glenn
Quinlan.
Mr. Quinlan, father of seven other children, died on Tuesday,
March 31 at the age of 80. Joey, as he was affectionately
called, succumbed after a long illness which he battled bravely.
A practicing Attorney-At-Law, Joey was also an insurance
executive, a member of the Jaycees International, and one who
never shied away from either a challenge or hard work. He was a
strongly principled man who stood by his considerable
convictions.
