Luke
Harrison Ramírez, setter of Dominican Republic:
“It was a team effort, our team
cohesion as a whole made the difference; we kept
together and did our thing. I really think my
middle blocker stepped up and I really enjoyed
setting him. Our energy as a team was great and
we hope to do the same tomorrow”.
Jorge
Orrego, setter of Chile:
“We weakened
our attacks from the third set forward, that
cost us several points and then the game. The
Dominican team attacked really well, avoiding
our blocks, they did a great effort. I think we
must keep our head in all the elements of the
game, attacking, defense and blocking”.
