After Honduras dominated the first set, in the second the

Caterine Leiva, coach of Honduras: “We worked mentally and
emotionally with them yesterday, after two defeat the
spirits were low and we had to regain confidence. We had to
go out strong, go out to win, because we needed that triumph
to have aspirations, we focused on the serve, it was the
best we could do, and tactical discipline and obedience. ”
David Aldana, coach of Guatemala: “They (Honduras) have a
very good player who made the difference (Durán), with that
disadvantage in the third set we could not react. We have
two very complicated games, against Belize and Costa Rica,
they have very tall and strong players in the service, we
will try to close the best we can.”
Honduras will face El Salvador at 3:00 p.m. this Friday and
Guatemala goes to Belize at 5:00 p.m.
