Second Edition of NORCECA Girls’ U17 Continental Championship Set Take Place in San José, Costa Rica

SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, October 31, 2025.– The second edition of the NORCECA Girls’ Under-17 Continental Championship will take place in San José, Costa Rica, from November 4 to 9 at the Gimnasio Nacional, located in the Parque Metropolitano La Sabana.  A total of eight national teams will compete for the continental title, divided into two pools:·  Pool A: Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Suriname·  Pool B: Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and United States. GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala, October 21, 2025.– Costa Rica’s Stanley Grant was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the men’s volleyball tournament at the 12th Central American Games Guatemala 2025, held from October 17 to 21 at Teodoro Palacios Flores Gymnasium. Grant’s explosive offense and leadership on the court were decisive for Costa Rica’s success and their gold-medal victory, securing the nation’s third men’s volleyball title in the history of the Central American Games.
