SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, June 1, 2016 – The
Development Department of FIVB designated Jivko Jetchev of
Bulgaria and Peter Nonnenbroich of Germany as director and
instructor, respectively, of the Level III Coaches Course to be
held in Santo Domingo from July 2-11.
Coaches from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican
Republic, El Salvador, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles,
Puerto Rico and United States will take part in the course
organized by the NORCECA/FIVB Regional Development Center in
Dominican Republic.
Jetchev, who has occupied several executive positions in the
Bulgaria Volleyball Federation, is a former player who coached
the national women’s team of his native country and also the
men’s national team of Egypt.
Jetchev, who has presided over the FIVB Technical Commission for
the past four years, has the experience of 29 years as FIVB
Instructor and 15 years as Level III Instructor.
On the other side, Nonnenbroich is a Level III certified coach
since 1991 and became a Level III instructor in 2010.
He is currently the coach of the men’s national team of Cameroon
and his resume includes stints in Switzerland, France, Germany
and Kenya. |
