SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, February 7, 2016 – The Legal
Commission of NORCECA held its annual meeting on Sunday when the
members discussed and analyzed the updated regulations of the

The commission decided to recommend to the Board of

once they make a choice they cannot play for another regional
member under the umbrella of the same parent-country.
Also, Jaime Lamboy, president of the FIVB Legal Commission, made
a report on the 2016 FIVB Legal Commission meeting held in
Lausanne, Switzerland at the end of January as well as on the
working plans for the period 2016-2019.

disciplinary regulations submitted by the Trinidad and Tobago
