SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July 29, 2022
– The NORCECA/FIVB Regional Volleyball
Development Center in Dominican Republic is
organizing a Level II Coaches Course from August
1 to 5 with 20 participants.
The course is sponsored by the NORCECA
Confederation and has the endorsement of FIVB.
Twenty coaches hailing from Colombia, Costa
Rica, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico and
the Dominican Republic have been registered to
participate of it.
.Profesor Nelson Ramirez, director of the
Development Center informed that the director or
the course assigned by FIVB is Juan Cartagena of
Puerto Rico who will be assisted by Alexander
Gutierrez of Venezuela and Wilson Sanchez of
Dominican Republic.
Ramirez remarked that this is the only course
authorized by NORCECA and FIVB carried out with
the presence of the participants.
All theoretical and practical classes will take
place in the premises of the Development Center,
the training complex of the Dominican Volleyball
Federation at the Olympic Park as well as at the
Olympic Village in Santo Domingo.
Ramirez expressed his personal satisfaction by
the opportunity offered by NORCECA and FIVB to
be the first Regional Center in the whole world
to host live courses. |
