Coaches Level I Course concludes in Panama
PANAMA CITY, Panama, March 18, 2012 – With great success
concluded the Volleyball Level I Coaches Course held in Panama
City from March 1 to 12 at Guaymies Room of Soloy Hotel for the
theoretical classes and the Jose “Beto” Remon for the practical
ones.
The course was supported by Olympic Solidarity through the
Panama Olympic Committee and organized by the Panamanian
Volleyball Federation with the homologation by the International
Volleyball Federation.
For the first time in history of these courses representatives
from all the provinces took part of it, including the province
of Darien.
The seminar had a total of 37 participants where 35 approved
with Eduardo Guerra, player of the senior national selection had
the best results in the theoretical and practical tests with a
total of 127 points, followed by Professor Edgar Harrison (125),
coach Eric Lucero (123) and player Horacio Angulo (121).
With the conclusion of this course the national scene can count
with good technicians for the improvement of the sport in Panama
and attain the
massification needed by volleyball starting with the grassroot
level as the future for our country. |
