Mushtaque and Diamond preside FIVB Commissions

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic May 19, 2021 – Mushtaque Mohammed of Trinidad and Tobago and Peter Diamond of United States are the two highest representatives of NORCECA Confederation included in the different commissions of FIVB for the period 2020-2024.

Mohammed is the president of the Development Commission while Diamond is the president of the Marketing and Communication Commission. Ed Drakich of Canada is the secretary of the Beach Commission.

The composition of the different commissions within the structure of FIVB were announced on Tuesday at the conclusion of the Board of Administration meeting.

Members of NORCECA countries included in the commissions are by country:

Canada: Joshua Binstock (Athlete), Guy Bradbury and Andre Trottier (Rules and Refereeing), Mark Eckert (Empowerment) and Jeff Daniels (Snow).

United States: Jordan Larson (Athletes and Volleyball Council), Karch Kiraly (Technical and Coaches), Pati Rolf (Rules and Refereeing), Jamie Davis (Volleyball Council).

Dominican Republic: Victor Figueroa (Medical) and Cristobal Marte Hoffiz (Volleyball Council).

Haiti: Margaret Graham (Finance).

Honduras: Felix Sabio (Legal).

Mexico: Jesus Perales (Empowerment).

Panama: Ariel Sanchez (Marketing and Communication).
