NORCECA and Sport Court renew their partnership

CAGLIARI, Italy, October 30, 2014 – NORCECA Confederation is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with Connor Sport Court as the official playing surface for all the international competitions organized by the continental volleyball governing body.

The agreement covers a four-year period similar to the original signed in 2010 in Santo Domingo that enables NORCECA to distribute as donations outdoor and indoor floors to the national federations and territories members.

Cristobal Marte Hoffiz, president of NORCECA and Andrew Gettig, International Business Vice President of Connor Sport Court, signed the new contract in the presence of NORCECA Vice Presidents Saul Castro Verdugo, Mushtaque Mohammed, Marta Centeno de Sajche, Hugh Wong and Glenn Quinlan, as well as Douglas Beal, CEO of USA Volleyball and NORCECA Board of Administration member.

John Massman, International Business Manager of Connor Sport Court, also attended the signing ceremony.

As up today, NORCECA has distributed 14 playing surfaces among its national federations.

Mr. Marte Hoffiz said he hopes to increase the number of donations and encourage the presidents of the national federations to intensify their efforts with their official and private authorities to locate the spaces to install the synthetic courts.
