NORCECA continues to work with technology assistance

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, Mach 25, 2020 – NORCECA Confederation continues to work under the limitations caused by the COVIP19 pandemic while taking the necessary measures to protect the health of its personnel staff.

On Wednesday March 25, a video conference call was held between NORCECA and FIVB with the topics of the remote meeting including the competition calendars of volleyball and beach volleyball and the remaining qualifiers to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games to be held next year in a non-specified dates yet.

Cristobal Marte Hoffiz, president of NORCECA Confederation, and Fabio Azevedo, FIVB general manager, led teams of both institutions who took part in the video meeting.

Arateide Caceres and Indhira Ramirez, general director and of national federations and beach volleyball, respectively, represented NORCECA, while Yu Cao, beach volleyball director, and Alise Kessler, sport events director participated on behalf of FIVB.
