SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, November 4, 2023.- The North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation NORCECA is saddened to learn of the loss of Judith Rodríguez, President of the Venezuelan Volleyball Federation and a dear friend.

Judith Rodríguez  was admired for her leadership in promoting volleyball not only in her country but throughout the American continent, as member of numerous control committees organized by the Pan American Union championships and multisport events.

Her great sense of humor brought joy to all of those who surrounded her and she will be deeply missed in the volleyball family.

Judith Rodriguez passed away of natural causes.

NORCECA extends its deepest condolences to the Venezuelan volleyball family, the Venezuelan Volleyball Federation and her loved ones during these difficult moments.
