New seminar for Defense, Reception and Liberos to take place in Baja California, Mexico

TIJUANA, Mexico, November30, 2016 – The FIVB-Norceca Regional Development Center located in the Baja California High Performance Center, prepares to host a new seminar that begins on Thursday.

According to the information provided by the Center authorities, Cuban instructor Ruben Sainz, who has worked as National teams coach of Guatemala, will be in charge of the conduction of this seminar focused in Defense, Reception and Liberos.

The seminar is scheduled to begin from December 1st thru December 4th. After the instructor arrival a preliminary meeting with the Development Center personnel is expected in order to prepare the main details.

Opening ceremony is scheduled on Thursday. The seminar is composed of theoretical and practicals activities that will finish on Sunday, December 4th, when the attendees final evaluation and closing ceremony take part.

Instructor and attendees departure, some of them from Costa Rica and other regions of Mexico, is scheduled on Monday 5th.
