Claudia Noguera, coach of
Nicaragua: “This victory is important for Nicaragua, if we
get the victories in the following games we can have the
opportunity to be on the podium, all we need is the girls to
concentrate and give the maximum in each game. We will try
to work with them, today they came out more relaxed, it is
important to have a good mood and today they came out very
lively.”
Sady López, coach of El
Salvador: “Today we made fewer mistakes, but the girls
couldn't keep their concentration. It happened yesterday and
today we repeated that we start well but fail to stay
focused and then we cannot recover. When the opponents start
to score points you pay the price, it's difficult, you can't
keep the rhythm of the game.”
Nicaragua will play Costa Rica on Friday at 7:30 p.m., while
El Salvador will face Honduras at 3:00 p.m.
