Norceca makes history with five teams classified to FIVB World League

For the first time in history a total of five teams of the Norceca Volleyball Confederation are part of the FIVB World League.

The United States, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada will play at this competition in the year 2015, after their results in the final ranking of the IX Men’s Pan American Cup.

USA and Cuba used to be the only representatives at the FIVB highest yearly event. Now there is a champion that advances to the First Group, while the rest of the best classified teams, will be alocated in Groups II and III.

The world league has increased the expectations around the different regions. The Americas are divided in two Confederations Norceca and the South American Confederation.
