Ontiveros and Virgen seek to continue on top at the Mexican Beach Volleyball Tour

PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico, December 18, 2014 - The duo of Lombardo Ontiveros and Juan Virgen conquered their second title at the Mexican Beach Volleyball Tour celebrated in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. For the second time ever, the final was disputed  between the strongest teams from the area of Sinaloa.

Ulises Ontiveros and Salvador Frias faced Lombardo and Juan at the finals, who won 21-16 and 25-23 to finish with the gold medal and also to be on top of the national rankings, while Edwin Valencia and Elvis Perez concluded in third place.

In women’s competition, Diana and Paola Estrada defeated Elvia Perez and Aidee Lopez 21-15 and 21-17. The last stop of the Mexican Beach Volleyball Tour is scheduled from December 20th thru the 21st in Mazatlan.
