CALI, Colombia, November 26, 2021.- The
President of Pan Am Sports Neven Iván Ilic
visited the Evangelista Mora Coliseum where the
Men's Volleyball of the I Junior Pan American
Games Cali-Valle 2021 started on Friday.
President Neven Ilic was received by the
President of the Pan American Volleyball Union
and of the NORCECA Confederation Cristóbal Marte
Hoffiz, technical delegate to supervise the
Volleyball tournament of the Games.
Neven Ilic's visit took place during the second
men's volleyball match on the opening day of the
Games between Chile and Mexico, to inspect the
conditions of the Evangelista Mora Coliseum.
This was the second time that Neven Ilic visited
the volleyball facilities, showing himself
extremely satisfied with the conditions set by
the Pan American Volleyball Union, thanking the
efforts for the successful start of the sporting
activity.
“On his first visit, President Neven expressed
his concern about the facilities at the
Coliseum, but he congratulated us on the work
done and the effort that as an organization we
have put into making it now a high-level
facility to host any intercontinental event such
as the that is now being disputed ”, Marte
