Perales re-elected president of Mexican Federation

MONTERREY, Mexico, January 23, 2021 – Jesus Perales Navarro has been re-elected as president of the Mexican Volleyball Federation for the period of 2021-25 during the General Assembly of the institution.

The candidature of Perales Navarro, who have a degree in Sport Organization from the University Autonomous of Nuevo Leon, received 20 votes in favor, 3 against and 2 abstentions.

In the new Executive Committee, Perales Navarro will be accompanied by vice presidents Alejandro Gorjon and Aldo Gomez in charge of Senior and Junior divisions and Angel Calzada as general secretary.

Leonel Cipriano is the new technical secretary, Teresita Garrido is the new treasurer and Nubia Barraza, was elected as commissioner.

Blanquita Arias was confirmed as athlete representative and Valentin Arzola as legal advisor.
