SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, July 10, 2018 - Peru defeated Costa Rica 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-15) in a match between winless teams in Pool A of the Women’s Volleyball Pan American Cup on Tuesday night.

Brenda Lobaton and Kiara Montes led Peru with 17 and 14 points, respectively, and Brenda Uribe added 9 in the victory.

Tannia Carazo and Mijal Hines finished with 9 and 8 points for Costa Rica.
