Arnhem, The Netherlands, October 1, 2022.- The
Puerto Rican team obtained its second victory of
the tournament after defeating the Kenyan team
in the Women's Volleyball World Championship.
Brittany Abercrombie and Karina Ocasio
contributed 20 and 13 points respectively to the
winning cause, while for the Kenyans Veronica
Oluoch added 22 points and Edith Mukuvilani
added 12 points.
Puerto Rico finished the preliminary phase with
a 2-3 record at the Women's Volleyball World
Championship held jointly in the Netherlands and
Poland. |
