Second Edition of AFECAVOL Men’s Final Four

to Be Held in El Salvador

SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, July 9, 2025. – The second edition of the AFECAVOL Men’s Central American Final Four Championship will take place from July 11 to 13 at the FESAVOL Gymnasium in San Salvador.

The tournament will once again feature the senior national teams of Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Belize, the same four teams that competed in the inaugural edition.

AFECAVOL’s Executive Committee recently approved that both the men’s and women’s Final Four tournaments will now award points towards the FIVB World Ranking. This decision aims to ensure that senior national teams have annual international competition, rather than every two years.

Teams are scheduled to arrive on July 9, with the preliminary inquiry taking place on July 10. The round-robin competition will kick off on July 11, featuring two matches per day.
