Players from eight countries at Tijuana Beach Volleyball
TIJUANA, Mexico, September 24, 2010 – Players from eight
countries will take part in the Tijuana Beach Volleyball
Tournament, the eighth stop of the 2010 NORCECA Circuit.
The countries represented in the event are Aruba, Canada, Costa
Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico and United States.
Mexicans Aldo Miramontes and Juan Virgen in the men’s division
and Puerto Ricans Yarleen Santiago and Dariam Acevedo in the
women’s side are the top-seeded pairs in the competition to be
held at Baja California High Development Center.
Both duos have won four of the seven competition held so far in
this year’s event of ten stops in total.

Beach Volleyball Commission, informed the competition is
scheduled under a double-elimination format and a total prize of
US$10,000 for both genders.
