Sterling Foley NORCECA U21 Continental Championship Most Valuable Player
NOGALES, Mexico, June 16, 2024.- Outside hitter Sterling Foley of the
United States was named the Most Valuable Player of the Men’s U21
NORCECA Continental Championship that ended on Sunday at Nogales,
Mexico.
Foley was handed the MVP award during the closing ceremony after his
team won the Championship to Canada in straight sets.
Foley was also recognized as Best Spiker along with his teammate middle
Jackson Cryst as the Best Blocker in the event.
Canadians Piers De Greef was the second Best Spiker, Cody Hudson the
second Best Blocker, Kale Fisher the Best Setter and libero Quintin
Greenidge the Best Receiver.
The Best Opposite, Best Server and Best Scorer went to Cuban Daniel
Martinez.
Nicaragua’s Osmar Peralta was named Best Libero and Best Digger. |
