Krystle Esdelle had 21 points and Channon Thompson added 18 as the best scorers for the winning side. Jack and Darlene Randim also scored in double figures for TTO with 16 and 14, respectively.

Maria José Perez and Desiree Glod finished with 14 and 12 points, respectively, for the defeated side.

Francisco Cruz, Coach of Trinidad & Tobago: “Today we controlled the net and it was very difficult for Venezuela. Also our serves were more effective than yesterday. The ninth place means that we are advancing slowly but advancing after all.”
