SHREVEPORT, Louisiana, June 3, 2022 – United
States blanked Canada 3-0 (25-12, 25-22, 25-19)
for its second victory in as many outings at the
FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League. The
Canadians dropped their record to 1-2.
Andrea Drews led the Americans with 16 points,
followed by Kingdon Rishel Madison and Kara
Bajema with 12 points each.
Alexa Gray and Kiera Van Ryk led Canada with 10
and 8 points, respectively.
The winners led in all the scoring categories,
in attacks (44-36), blocks (8-6) and serves
(2-1). They only committed 12 errors to 21 by
the losers. |
