Andy Read, coach of United States: “It was a
very competitive tournament. We were lucky to
bring good boys and being able to move all them
around in all the matches while playing
volleyball at a high level. I am glad about
taking home the bronze medal which is their
first at international level for some of my
players and that’s a great thing.”
José Mañon, coach of Dominican Republic: “It was
a good tournament. We are at their same level,
more or less. Our guys need to play more in
order to get more experience in difficult
situations and then we will be able to play at
the same level with those strong teams.” |
